Returns Policy:
Moda Boutique aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1. You must email us – info@modaboutique.co.uk within 3 working days to arrange a return. Please return the item back in its original condition and packaging to the address provided in the email within 7 working days of receiving the order.
2. Moda Boutique is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
3. Please ensure that you retain the postage receipt and obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned goods. As we cannot accept any liability of items until they have been received by our office
4. All "pre-order" items will incur a 15% admin charge on return.
5. Strictly NO RETURNS on Stitched Wear.
6. Strictly NO RETURNS on Sale items.
